Rotary seal
It is made up of solid Mecharon material and elastomer O-ring, which serves as sealing for rotating purposes.
The slide surface of the Mecharon solid ring has one or two oil grooves depending on the width of the seal, which is designed to produce lubrication and minimize friction.
The surface where the O-ring is assembled is hollowed out to widen the area of contact of the O-ring and reduce the risk of the solid ring rotating with the shaft. This blocks hydraulic pressure acting in both directions and prevents internal leakage that may occur.
